The shareholders' meeting was successfully held

On the morning of June 29, the company's 2020 Anniversary General Meeting was successfully held in the 1st meeting room on the 2nd floor.The shareholders meeting is presided over by Zhang Jian, executive director, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of the company.The directors, supervisors, secretaries of the board of directors, lawyers at home and abroad, representatives of auditors and the stock registry attend the meetings by means of on-site or video link respectively.Five proposals have been considered and adopted by the General Assembly: the report on the work of the Board of Directors in 2019, the report on the work of the Board of Supervisors in 2019, the audited consolidated financial statements in 2019 and the report of independent auditors, the profit distribution plan for 2019 and the renewal proposal for the appointment of international and domestic auditors in 2021.The voting results of this shareholders meeting have been uploaded on the website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the company's website.The fifty-first meeting of the third board of directors of the company was subsequently held and presided over by Li Huan.The directors, supervisors and related personnel of the company attend the meeting by means of on-site or video link respectively.Three proposals were considered and adopted at the meeting.
