Excellent Sealing Technology

For oil seals (to prevent lubricating oil from entering thecompressed air chamber),U-AlR CHAlN adopts coated reversefloating oil seals. This structure offers excellent sealing perfor-mance and no wear. For air seals (to reduce axial leakage lossof compressed air), stainless steel floating ring seals are used.This structure features small clearance and no friction; mean-while, considering the "negative pressure" factor at the screwair intake end, an additional air ring is added.

Excellent Rotor Coating

It protects the rotor from corrosion, reduces the clearance betweenrotors, and improves efficiency, The composite coating consists ofmultiple layers with different compositions, formed through repeatedsintering and bonding. With extensive experience in developing andapplying coating technologies, the latest coating has undergonetesting with various chemicals and can withstand temperatures up to270°C,ensuring the reliability and durability of the rotor.

Advanced Intelligent Control System

The intelligent control system features comprehensive self-diagnosisalarm, interlock shutdown and monitoring functions, and can memorizeand store fault causes and related components. The unit's control instru-ment panel is equipped with a backlit LED display and touch buttons,featuring complete functions and simple operation.According to user needs, it can be configured with three control modes:local, remote and interlock. lt comes standard with an RS485 interface andsupports MODBUS RTU communication.

Permanent Magnet motor + frequency converter
